The Senior PMO for the Banking Project is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end governance, oversight, and delivery of the organization’s unified data architecture. You will ensure that the migration from legacy systems to a modern Data Lake environment is executed with precision, adhering to financial regulations, security standards, and budgetary targets. This role acts as the central node connecting IT, Business Units, and Executive Leadership.
Minimum Requirement
- Define and enforce the Project Management Framework (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) tailored for big data implementation.
- Ensure all data ingestion and storage processes comply with financial authority regulations and data privacy laws regarding data residency.
- Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, providing transparent reporting on progress, roadblocks, and strategic pivots.
- Lead the planning and execution of the Data Lake roadmap, covering Data Ingestion, Data Processing (ETL/ELT), and Consumption Layers.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies between Data Engineers, Architects, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks—specifically regarding data integrity, lineage, and system downtime.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders (Retail, Risk, Wholesale, and Finance) to ensure the Data Lake meets commercial and analytical requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strict adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Oversee the project budget, tracking CAPEX and OPEX utilization to ensure the initiative remains financially viable.
- Optimize resource allocation (man-hours and infrastructure) across multiple project workstreams.

mandatory. Scrum Master (CSM) or Cloud Practitioner (AWS/Azure/GCP)
certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Literacy | Solid understanding of data ecosystems: Hadoop,
Spark, Delta Lake, Snowflake, or Cloudera, and familiarity
with Data Governance frameworks.
Language | Full professional proficiency in English and Bahasa
Indonesia for technical reporting and stakeholder management.
