Minimum Requirement

    • - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

    - 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to campus and entry-level hiring.

    • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
    • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • - Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles and candidate pipelines.
