Minimum Requirement
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Environment & Application Support or similar roles.
- Experienced in setting up, configuring, and maintaining test environments to support application testing activities.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments, servers, databases, and networking.
- Strong understanding of environment stability and availability, with the ability to ensure reliable and consistent testing environments.
- Capable of supporting the readiness, maintenance, and troubleshooting of testing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration, database systems, and virtual machines (VMs).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and collaboration.
- Good understanding of Application Support and IT Infrastructure Management.
