Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- - Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems and payroll software.
- - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or HC-related role (experience with fresh graduate and/or experienced-hire recruitment is a plus).
