Change Management Specialist

Minimum Requirement

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute change management strategies to support project objectives.
      • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by changes.
      • Design and implement communication plans to inform and engage employees.
      • Create and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills required for new processes and tools.
      • Monitor and evaluate change adoption through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
      • Provide coaching to leaders and managers on change management principles and practices.
      • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
      • Identify and address resistance, providing tailored interventions to ensure successful transitions.
      • Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating project status, findings, and recommendations.


Required Skills

      Qualifications:


    • Experience: 3–5 years in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related discipline.
    • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Change Management software (preferred).
    • Experience with project management software and tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
      • Willing to work in a Multifinance company
      • Full on-site work is required in Central Jakarta
      • 1-year project-based contract



Nice to Have

    • Experience in Multi-Finance company will be an added advantage
    • Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is an advantage.
