Minimum Requirement
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support project objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by changes.
- Design and implement communication plans to inform and engage employees.
- Create and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills required for new processes and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching to leaders and managers on change management principles and practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Identify and address resistance, providing tailored interventions to ensure successful transitions.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating project status, findings, and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related discipline.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Change Management software (preferred).
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in a Multifinance company
- Full on-site work is required in Central Jakarta
- 1-year project-based contract
Qualifications:
Nice to Have
- Experience in Multi-Finance company will be an added advantage
- Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is an advantage.
