Minimum Requirement
Required Skills
- - Experience: 3–5 years in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related discipline.
- - Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
- - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- - Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Change Management software (preferred).
- - Experience with project management software and tools.
- - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- - Experience in Multi-Finance company will be an added advantage
- - Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is an advantage
