Minimum Requirement
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Application Support or IT Application Support.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with application defect and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience in managing production issues, including issue monitoring, troubleshooting coordination, follow-up until resolution, and documentation.
- Able to provide application support and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with users and technical teams.
- Able to document incidents, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
